We offer individual spaces for private hire, including our incredible garden. And, if you’re looking for the ultimate wow factor, you can hire the whole venue exclusively. Our sister venue, The Reindeer in Hoveringham is also available to hire.

  • The Loft - our Private Dining Room at The Old Vol is the perfect space to host an event for up to 18 people, it's ideal no matter what time of year and accommodates your needs with a wood burning stove for colder days creating that cosy retreat, to its own private outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens of The Old Vol during the warmer months – this space lends itself for a number of special occasions.
  • Our gardens at The Old Vol are the most talked about spaces across Nottinghamshire. If you want an event that will cater for all your guests and more then this is the space for you.
  • Fully enclosed heated and air conditioned pods – with their own sound systems – each pod accommodates 8 adults, perfect for the boozy bottomless brunch or smaller gatherings.
  • Two Gazebos – accommodating 8 each – they aren’t any normal Gazebos they come with Individual heated fire pits, lounge sofas to allow you to kick back & relax, enjoy those cocktails, beers and wine in our fabulous garden zone.
  • Dedicated VIP zone – this area is in high demand, accommodating up to 30 guests – here you have prime view of the entire garden areas, capturing your special event in the most talked about garden areas across Nottingham. In addition to this, there are plentiful seating across our outdoor space, with fire pits, lounge seating to fully create that perfect summer event.

All the above areas can be booked individually or the entire space on an exclusive use basis.
