Chef Hira brings a wealth of experience and creativity to our kitchen, and his fresh take on this beloved classic is nothing short of extraordinary. Combining the traditional elements of a perfectly cooked beef fillet wrapped in delicate, flaky pastry with his own innovative twists, Chef Hira is set to elevate your dining experience to new heights.

Hira's Beef Wellingtons are £50pp and will only be available for pre-orders.
